A before school club that offers parents of children that attend Chigwell Primary Academy the opportunity to drop off their child from 7.35am. All children will be provided with breakfast and structured activities until 8.35am when they will then be taken to their classrooms ready to start the school day.

Entry to Sport Savvy LTD Breakfast Club;
(a) Registration: Registration should be completed via Class4Kids in order to be
registered with our service.
(b) Booking a place:
All booking should be booked via the Class4Kids booking system. Once a place has been booked a charge of £5.50 will be required per session unless
the cancellation policy has been adhered to.
(c) Standard Terms and Conditions: Reasonable changes may be made from time to time to our standard terms and conditions and to regards to the price of fees. Notice of any changes will be given in writing as soon as practicable.
(d) Termination of the Contract:
Fees and Extras
(a) Items covered: Fees cover breakfast meals and snacks.
(b) Payment of Fees and Extras:
All fees should be paid for via Class4Kids booking system prior to the start of each session. Fees which are paid via a voucher code should be confirmed to us by email at, bookings@sport-savvy.co.uk.
Cancellation, Withdrawal and Fees in Lieu
(a) Cancellation Policy:
Sport Savvy LTD cannot refund any sessions that your child misses for whatever reason unless it falls within the following conditions.
• The school being closed due to Covid-19
• The school cancelling a club due to any Government restrictions in place
• The school closes due to unforeseen circumstances
• 1 weeks written notice given
Sport Savvy LTD are under no obligation to refund or transfer any money due to any
sessions missed due to;
• Your child being absent or sick
• Your child leaving early
• Your child only attending part of the session
